Returns/Shipping/Giveaway Details

Here at Purple Lace Boutique it is our goal to make sure every customer is completely satisfied with their order.  We know ordering online can sometimes be tricky, so if you have an item that just doesn't quite work out, we will strive to make the return process as hassle free as possible.

Shipping 

  • All U.S. orders will ship for free via USPS from Texas. Please make sure you have verified the correct shipping address for your package. If your package needs to be shipped internationally, please call or send us an email before ordering.
  • We strive to process and ship out all orders within 24 hours from the time of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Returns

If you need to return an item, simply enclose a copy of the pack slip along with the item(s) you are returning.  We will create an account for you (if you do not already have one),and send you details by email. You can then access and use your store credit by logging into your account on our website. Please allow 3-5 days for processing of the return once received back in our warehouse.

Guidelines for returns:

  • Anything purchased on clearance or at a discounted rate is considered a Final Sale and not eligible for return.
  • Returns are processed in the form of store credit only
  • Item(s) must be received within 21 days of the date your order shipped from us.
  • Returned item(s) must be un-washedun-worn, and the tags must still be attached. We will not accept returns that smell like smokemildewperfume, or have any make up, deodorant, or other product stains on them.
  • When packaging your return, include the original receipt, and circle the names of the item(s) you wish to return. If you do not have the original receipt, please include a hand-written note with the name of the item and/or the SKU #, as well as your name and email address.
  • Shipping cost are non-refundable unless, of course, there was an error on our part.

Contests and Giveaway Details
 

We love to do contests and giveaways! Here are a few details to know if you win!

  • All store credit must be used within 30 days of the drawing date.
  • Store credit cannot be combined with any other coupon codes.
  • If you receive your item(s) and change your mind, that's ok.. but,  winner is responsible for return shipping.
  • If you win clothing, shoes, accessories, etc. and your size is out of stock, we will exchange it for something of equal value or give you store credit in the same amount to use on an item of your choosing.

 

 

DISCLAIMER: We do our very best to capture accurate colors and patterns in every item available in our store. Due to differences in online media, some items may appear to have a small variance from the pictures; therefore items will NOT be considered defective if there is a slightly different pattern placement and/or color tones.
